Holiday Olive Wreath-Tracy Carpenter

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh rosemary
  • Mixed olives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mini mozzarella balls

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On a round plate, lay the rosemary around the edge of the plate creating a wreath. With the rosemary in place, fill in with mixed olives, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Stack as much as you can while still maintaining a wreath shape.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
