Holiday Olive Wreath-Tracy Carpenter
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh rosemary
- Mixed olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mini mozzarella balls
INSTRUCTIONS
- On a round plate, lay the rosemary around the edge of the plate creating a wreath. With the rosemary in place, fill in with mixed olives, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Stack as much as you can while still maintaining a wreath shape.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
