A Holiday Truffle Party: Creating Lasting Memories and Delicious Treats to Bring Home
So what better way to fix that than get a couple of friends over and have a party!
My mama and I did just that with Jessica Hodges and Savannah Wier from Red C Cafe. We also enlisted some help from family and made a great night out of it.
A few things to consider...
You will want to have enough space to accommodate your guests and the truffle rolling process. If you don't have enough counter space in your home, consider setting up card tables for work stations.
Keep it simple... We have included two recipes for you, but there are limitless possibilities for truffles. We thought of using biscoff cookies and Nutella as well as golden Oreos. The key is pick a hard cookie as part of your base and keep your ratios proportionate. These recipes are also very easy to multiply depending on the amount of truffles you would like to make in a night.
Multiple melting stations also helps speed up the process.
We hope your truffle party is a great hit! And let us know what combinations you discover! We will be working on apple pie truffles... Follow us on social to stay in the know.
Also if you are ever in Wadley, be sure to check out Red C Cafe. Jessica and her crew do an amazing job and I can attest to the fact, her French toast is AMAZING!!!

- Take truffles and dip into melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles. Lay them on parchment paper and remove tooth pick when chocolate becomes solid.
NOTES
Using a Styrofoam block to place your truffles into gives a more finished look.
Wait until your chocolate is almost solid before adding sugar sprinkles to get a more glittery look.
Placing truffles in decorative bags or small cup cake liners adds a beautiful touch to your assortment.
