Tasty Pineapple-Coconut Cocktail

Jack Frost Drink

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 2 ounces coconut rum
• 2 ounces blue curacao
• 2 ounces cream of coconut (not coconut milk- you need the cream!!)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour crème of coconut onto a saucer and dip the rim into the crème and then into the coconut (sweetened or unsweetened - your choice)
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the ingredients, shake and pour over crushed ice
