Second Annual Sweet Tea Festival in Enterprise

Experience the charm and hospitality of the South at the upcoming Second Annual Sweet Tea Festival in Enterprise, Alabama. Mark your calendars for August 17, from 4-9PM, as we invite you to join us at the Enterprise Civic Center and Festival grounds for a delightful celebration of all things sweet tea.

Following the resounding success of last year's festival, which drew in several thousand visitors from across the Wiregrass, the Panhandle of Florida, and southwest Georgia, we're thrilled to announce an even sweeter lineup of activities for our 2024 event. The success of last year's very first sweet tea festival in the entire State of Alabama has led the Enterprise planners to build upon the basic recipe and stir up ideas to spice up the event even more. Sponsored by beloved Alabama-based brands like Milo's Tea Company and Hello Chonky Cookie Company, this year's festival promises to be an unforgettable experience for tea enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Immerse yourself in the rich tradition of sweet tea with tantalizing tastings, featuring a diverse array of flavors and blends. Indulge your senses in our Best Home-Brew competition, where talented locals showcase their unique recipes for a chance to claim the title of top brewer. And don't miss the opportunity to explore our bustling marketplace, brimming with handcrafted goods, local produce, and charming souvenirs to commemorate your visit.

Last year's festival was a feast for the scenes, with craft booths adorned with whimsical tea-themed decor, tantalizing tea-flavored treats, and fragrant tea-scented soaps. From signature tea blends served by local restaurants, to savory delights designed to complement the beverage of honor, there was something to satisfy every plate.

One of the highlights of the event was the Southern-style dining experiences offered by our food vendors. Picture yourself relaxing in a rocking chair beneath the shade of a tent, surrounded by lush ferns and vibrant flowers, as you sip on a refreshing glass of sweet tea and savor festival delights.

Inspired by Alabama's thriving tea industry, the Sweet Tea Festival pays homage to the beloved beverage that has long been a staple of Southern Culture. This year, we're raising the bar even higher, with exciting announcements about musical guests and additional activities to be revealed as the event draws near.

As we prepare to pour out another round of Southern hospitality at the Second Annual Sweet Tea Festival, we extend a heartfelt invitation to friends near and far. Join us as we raise our Mason jar full of sweet iced tea in a toast to this sacred Southern tradition. Whether you're a seasoned tea aficionado or simply looking to experience the magic of small-town Alabama hospitality, you won't want to miss this TEArrific event!
