Hello Old Man Winter
Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin2 oz. Tonic Water
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Spiced Simple syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass and garnish with dried orange slice and star anise.
Spiced simple syrup option 1:
Place 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. whole cloves, 4 cinnamon sticks, and 3 star anise in a small pan. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Cool completely and strain.
