Christmas Cheer Drink Recipe

1 oz. Ginger Liqueur

1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup made with

Turbinado Cane Sugar

2 oz. Ginger Ale

Place first four ingredients in ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.

Strain into an old fashioned glass containing one large ice sphere.

Add ginger ale and stir gently.

Easy Simple Syrup:

Place equal parts Turbinado cane sugar and boiling water into a canning jar. Close lid tightly on jar and shake until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely.
